My was filled with pain and struggle. As a child, I never really had a stable life. My mom and dad were constantly quarreling, and eventually, they divorced when I was just a adolescent. I was obliged to bounce around between different kinfolk’s houses, never really feeling like I fit in.
Even though the challenges I faced, I always found solace in video games. They provided me with an escape route from the turmoil of my real life and allowed me to become immersed in fantasy worlds. I spent hours upon hours playing games, honing my skills as time went on.
And then, someday, something happened altered my life indefinitely. I was playing a game online with some friends when I was suddenly lost connection from the server. At first, I assumed it was just a glitch, but as it turned out, my internet service had been cut off due to an outstanding bill that my mother and father had neglected to pay.
I was destroyed. How was I going to be able to manage to play my favorite games without any internet? Still, rather than wallow in in self-pity, I resolved to take matters into my own hands. I started saving up my allowance and doing side hustles for neighbors in order to pay for my own internet service. It was not an easy, but eventually, I was able to get back online and resume playing the games that I loved.
As I continued to improve my skills and investigate new games, I realized that I had a real passion for video gaming. I resolved to start a blog to share my experiences and insights with others who were also passionate about gaming. It was a tiny operation at first, but as I gained more followers, my blog began.
Now, I’m a full-time and blogger, sharing of video games with the world. It’s not always easy, but it’s a zeal that inspires me going, and I couldn’t be happier.
